@Bintopo: “That” was the flesh unraveling from her bones before lunging forward and shredding people in the following panels. You can see how her hand is all skeletal in the next panel.
@Sabreur: I see it now. I went back to page 51 and you can see her right hand is normal. So its pieces of her glove that are flying around. I was thinking the skeletal hand in the second panel was her left but I see now that her thumb is on the wrong side.
That is a cool trick, wish I could do it, would make getting a seat on the bus a lot easier (and very handy for convincing people to either use headphones or turn their damn music off)

as normal has her right arm had looked it was hiding a twist!
